As a UI Developer, your primary responsibilities will include developing UI components and web pages using ReactJS based on specifications. You will be expected to estimate efforts and delivery timeframe by accurately scoping and sizing assigned tasks. Prioritizing tasks based on guidance from management and development leads, you will work within a specific knowledge area, showcasing expertise in that domain. Completing tasks with minimal assistance from senior or lead developers, you are encouraged to embrace a learning mindset and actively seek opportunities for personal growth and development. Demonstrating a willingness to tackle challenging tasks and continuously push boundaries is essential to your role. Furthermore, you are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, as well as any directives provided.
