Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into ETL architecture, data models, and transformation rules
Design and develop ETL applications to support multiple integration and analytics initiatives
Act as a subject matter expert and technical advisor on project teams
Lead and manage both employees and consultants across multiple ETL projects
Review and approve ETL designs and code to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices
Assist with data analysis, data profiling, and metadata management activities
Define and enforce ETL standards, development processes, and data quality controls
Plan and execute testing strategies including unit, integration, and system testing
Support CI/CD and DevOps processes for ETL development and deployment
Mentor and guide team members on ETL best practices and technical standards
Collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across teams
