Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Python-based applications focusing on AI and Machine Learning frameworks.
Lead as a hands-on contributor while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to the development and operationalization of AI/ML models with scalable architectures.
Drive R&D initiatives and contribute to the establishment of internal Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
Collaborate with product, architecture, and platform teams to explore new technologies aligned with AI and ML trends.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
Present complex technical solutions clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

Application Development: Strong experience in building, testing, and deploying applications using modern development practices.
AI / Artificial Intelligence: Solid understanding of AI concepts, including model training, evaluation, and real-time implementation.
AWS: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker for deploying applications and models.
Python: Proficient in Python programming with experience in automation, backend development, and AI/ML scripting.

Nice-to-Have:

PyTorch: Basic to intermediate experience in using PyTorch for deep learning projects.
TensorFlow: Exposure to building and training ML models using TensorFlow and Keras.
Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Scikit-learn to support AI and ML applications.
