Software Engineering & Architecture Manager

We're seeking a skilled Manager/Senior Manager of Software Engineering & Architecture to lead our teams and promote architectural excellence. This key role involves driving the strategy and execution of application development and testing. An ideal candidate would have 8-12 years of experience in IT consulting focused on AI & Analytics on Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple software development teams focused on front-end, back-end, and data interaction layers.
• Define and enforce architectural principles and design patterns across all development initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Drive the end-to-end design, implementation & testing of scalable solutions on the cloud
• Provide strategic guidance on application scaling and performance optimization at the code and database interaction layers.
• Guide development, code review, and troubleshoot complex data-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with AI, data engineering, and cloud operations teams to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering organization.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier software engineering talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in Managerial/Architect roles.
• Deep expertise in

  React.js

  and modern

  User Interface Development

  frameworks.
• Extensive experience with

  Python

  and building scalable

  APIs

  (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI), including comprehensive

  Testing

  methodologies.
• Strong background in

  Database Design

  (relational and NoSQL).
• Proven ability to design High-Level Architecture and create

  Low-Level System Designs

• Expertise in

  Git & Version Control

  strategies and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in

  SQL

  and

  Python

  .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially

  Microsoft Azure

  , and experience with AI/Analytics solutions are highly desirable.
