Software Engineer(Backend) - Merchant

Key Responsibilities: - Build robust and scalable web-based applications, focusing on platforms and reusability - Create abstractions and contracts with separation of concerns for a larger scope - Perform high-level design with guidance, including functional modeling and module breakdown - Implement incremental changes to architecture, analyzing the impact of the changes - Conduct performance tuning and improvements in large-scale distributed systems - Mentor junior team members and facilitate team collaboration - Work closely with Product Managers to lead medium-sized projects and track their impact Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in programming, preferably in Java, C, or C++ - Proficiency in multi-threading and concurrency programming - Strong object-oriented design skills and knowledge of design patterns - Ability to convert design into code fluently - Familiarity with Test Driven Development and databases such as MySQL and NoSQL - Desire to solve complex real-world problems and experience with full life cycle development - BTech, MTech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical discipline - Experience in building highly scalable business applications with large complex business flows,
