Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers and software developers to implement solutions that are aligned with and extend shared platforms and solutions Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques Write codes that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project Build features such as web services and Queries on existing tables Understand performance parameters and assess application performance Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor s degree in Computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development with history of technical innovation preferably with building scalable, distributed systems using modern frameworks such as AWS, Azure or GCP
Technical Expertise

Experience with Python 3.x and frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

Familiar with asynchronous programming and RESTful API development.

Exposure to AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and SageMaker.

Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Familiar with CI/CD tools including GitLab CI.

Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK stack.

Aware of software development practices such as Lean, Agile, and XP.

Prior experience in an Agile environment or introductory training on Lean/Agile.

General understanding of how technology choices impact the software development life cycle.
