Software Engineer Team Lead

As a Software Team Lead at Meltwater, your role will involve leading and empowering a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver impactful, scalable, and secure full-stack software solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and owning end-to-end systems using modern Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Fast API, along with cutting-edge frontend technologies like React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Your leadership will be crucial in overseeing the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), managing sprint deliverables, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
