Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer- DataScience

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Data Science team at BOLD, where you will utilize your analytical skills and business knowledge to provide key insights to the Product and Management teams. Your primary focus will be on leveraging user data to enhance existing products and develop new ones by identifying patterns and relationships within the data. Key Responsibilities: - Work on data science projects involving predictive modelling, NLP, statistical analysis, vector space modelling, and machine learning - Utilize rich user data sets to conduct research, build models, and create data products in collaboration with Development & Product teams - Develop scalable data systems using machine learning techniques to improve user experience - Experiment with different Large Language models to solve business problems and enhance job seeker experience Qualifications Required: - Knowledge and experience in statistical and machine learning algorithms like regression, decision trees, neural networks, etc. - Proficiency in Python and experience with backend technologies such as Flask/Gunicorn - Familiarity with open-source libraries like Spacy, NLTK, Gensim, and deep-learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch - Experience with software stack components, common programming languages, database modelling, and services oriented architecture - Strong interest in software development and learning new technologies - Experience with prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, retrieval augmented generation, and vector databases Additional Details: BOLD is a global organization that helps people find jobs by creating digital products to strengthen resumes and cover letters.
