Job Description

Must-have:

Building custom-apps/sites for USA and/or UK clients
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development

Your Experience:

Strong understanding of MVC architecture
Proficiency in ActiveRecord: associations, validations, scopes, and callbacks
Experience with background job processing (e.g., Sidekiq, Delayed Job, Async Job)
Hands-on experience with database migrations and schema design
Ability to write and maintain RSpec tests
Familiarity with writing and organizing Rake tasks
Experience building RESTful APIs using Jbuilder or ActiveModel::Serializers
Solid understanding of JSON response structures and integration with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js
Knowledge of CORS, Devise authentication, and JWT/session-based authentication mechanisms
