Proactively focus on code maintainability and software reliability, while being in control of technical debt. Experience in writing unit tests. Excellent communication skills in English - spoken and written - as we primarily work with clients in the USA, UK and AU. Willingness to support & mentor software engineers proactively, helping them with personal growth and ensure they arent blocked in day-to-day activities.
