Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the team at Raven, a YC-backed startup dedicated to developing AI assistants for manufacturing plants. Your main focus will be on constructing AI-native applications and agents tailored for manufacturing workflows. You will work on building Python/Go backend services, enhancing multi-modal pipeline infrastructure, developing agent memory systems, designing AI orchestration layers, and rapid prototyping new AI workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Build Python/Go backend services that integrate with AI systems. - Enhance multi-modal pipeline infrastructure for effective management of various data types. - Develop agent memory systems using knowledge graphs and event timelines. - Design AI orchestration layers to facilitate decision-making workflows. - Rapidly prototype new AI workflows and deploy them in real-world plant settings. Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience in constructing production systems. - Proficiency in Python/Go programming with knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and vector storage. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions. - Deep commitment to problem ownership and implementing functional systems. - Ability to handle ambiguity, adapt quickly, and deliver tangible value.
