Software Engineer - Python (3-5 years)

Key Responsibilities: - Design and build fault-tolerant and failsafe Platform and Services for WatchGuard Cloud applications with SLAs reaching up to 99.999. - Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, innovation, and fun. - Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver on priorities and commitments. - Enhance the cloud delivery model (CI/CD) and improve the security model. - Focus on making development more efficient, prioritized, and enjoyable. Your Experience Should Include: - Analytical mindset, ownership, and resilience in the face of failure. - Experience in building cloud services using languages such as Python, GOLang, Java, C++, Scala, C#, and frontend technologies like Angular, React. - Familiarity with databases like MySQL, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, MSSQL, and messaging queues. - Proficiency in AWS services and understanding of Scrum/Agile & DevOps processes. - Comfort with tools/systems like Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Jenkins, etc. Who You Are: - Not necessarily an expert in security, but with disciplined engineering practices and a collaborative mindset. - A believer in the endless possibilities of being part of a growing global company in the cybersecurity domain. - A problem-solver with out-of-the-box thinking and a sense of urgency. - Highly motivated, passionate about cloud environments and new technologies, with strong communication skills. - Open to diverse ideas and rational thinking to arrive at the right solutions.,
