Job Description: Software Engineer PHP Location: Onsite at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India Roles and Responsibilities Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications using Laravel and CodeIgniter. Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications. Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools, including version control systems. Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API. Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support. Document the development process, architecture, and standard components. Coordinate with co-developers and keep the project manager well informed of the status of development efforts. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development and PHP related tech. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing backend applications with PHP and several of its frameworks (primarily Laravel and CodeIgniter). Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX. Experience with relational database systems, version control tools, and developing web services. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Strong ability to develop, test, and deploy dynamic applications using PHP. Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and an analytical mind to tackle complex challenges. Key Responsibilities Design and develop server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of databases ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Enhance the existing functionality and build new features in the backend using PHP frameworks. Ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and users, managing server resources effectively. Establish and implement best practices for software development, ensuring robust and maintainable code. Integrate various components maintained by other developers and unit testing features and applications. Regularly evaluate and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics, and also actively contribute to code optimization and improvement. Engage in continuous learning, keep current with industry trends, and obtain certifications relevant to PHP development. ,
