As a Software Engineer at Phenom, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for our clients using the latest technologies and best practices - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members - Work in an Agile development environment and contribute to the teams success through continuous improvement and collaboration Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python Analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Micoservices Experience with Kafka, Grafana, Kibana & Redis Experience with MongoDB Knowledge of Service Oriented environments and Spring Framework(Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot) Knowledge of Web Services(SOAP/REST) Knowledge of XML, XBRL, UML Additional Parameters: - Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools - Experience with mobile development (iOS or Android) - Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment If you are a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer looking to join a dynamic and innovative team, we want to hear from you! Work Experience What You\u2019ve Done: The focus is on system analysis and problem-solving. 1 to 3 years of experience in product implementations 1 to 3 years of experience in product integration. Must have hands-on experience in - Java, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, JSON, Mongo DB, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Should be aware of SQL. Should be aware of AWS and the Deployment process.
