Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in PEGA to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PEGA application development and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement PEGA applications based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality and performance.
Maintain and enhance existing PEGA applications to improve functionality and user experience.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Skills and Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in PEGA development and implementation.
Strong understanding of PEGA PRPC, including rules, flow, and data modeling.
Proficiency in Java and SQL for backend integration.
Experience with PEGA frameworks such as Customer Service or Smart BPM.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
