Software Engineer - Odoo

As an Odoo Developer at Flexsin, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various development projects for products and services, playing a crucial role in all development-related aspects of our technical operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in development projects and making necessary changes to the software development process to ensure overall quality. - Handling complex performance issues, critical problems, and architectural challenges. - Developing applications and features that have a direct impact on everyday life. - Conducting a detailed study of existing business processes and customizations required for our unique business model. - Mapping requirements with the current system and ensuring timely development. - Creating and modifying new custom modules based on domain requirements. - Collaborating with the design and product management team to gather requirements and provide technical suggestions. - Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code. - Performing code reviews and providing technical feedback to other Engineers. - Ensuring code is maintained in git version control through a source code checking process. - Following software engineering best practices to enhance code readability and reusability. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent. - Proficiency in Odoo Framework & Python. - Experience in developing custom Odoo modules to meet business functional requirements. - Ability to write and understand complex MySQL/Postgres queries. - Skilled in writing optimized and secure code. - Familiarity with Github, Docker, Cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. - Experience in interacting with Third-party solutions and building APIs. - Knowledge of Front-end technologies like Angular, VueJS, and ReactJS will be considered a plus.
