Software Engineer - Odoo

Flexsin is seeking experienced Odoo Developers with a strong understanding of Odoo Framework queries. Immediate joiners are preferred. As an Odoo Developer at Flexsin, you will be involved in various development projects for products and services, contributing to all aspects of our technical operations. You will have the opportunity to drive changes in the software development process to enhance overall quality and tackle complex performance and architectural challenges. Your work will directly impact everyday life through the development of applications and features. Your responsibilities will include conducting a detailed study of existing business processes, customizing solutions to fit our unique business model, mapping requirements to existing systems, and timely development execution. You will also develop and modify custom modules, collaborate with the design and product management team, and translate designs into high-quality code. Additionally, you will perform code reviews, maintain code in git version control, and follow software engineering best practices to ensure code readability and reusability. To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. You must possess hands-on experience in Odoo Framework and Python, developing custom Odoo modules, and writing and understanding complex MySQL/Postgres queries. Efficient coding skills, experience with GitHub, Docker, cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, interacting with third-party solutions, and building APIs are also required. Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular, VueJS, and ReactJS will be a plus.
