Software Engineer

Analyze high-level feature requirements and collaborate with teams to develop detailed specifications.
Design, develop, and test high-quality features for enterprise-level deployments.Own and manage the development of specific software packages, including bug triaging, fixing, and code reviews.Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance product performance and differentiation.Work closely with customer engineering teams to address and resolve escalations efficiently.Contribute to the fast resolution of customer pain points and enhance overall user satisfaction.Continuously learn and seek opportunities to improve the product and processes.Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C/C++ code.Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resourcesCreate design documents and Translating designs into high-quality codeGood design and implementation using design principles, patterns, and best practices.Good at preparing conceptual, and architectural documentsGood Understanding of Agile methodologies and processes.Hands-on for doing required PoC for decision-making.Documenting technical artifacts related to architecture and design.Interacting with customers directly on requirement gathering and further planning with the team.Ability to assess and understand existing platforms and suggest in case any architecture/design changes are required.Problem-solving skills, driving resolution/tracking of the technical issues, risks, and dependenciesGreat interpersonal and communication skillsGood time-management skills

Experience in software engineering with a strong background in C/C++ programming.
In-depth knowledge of Linux environment development (applications or drivers).Expertise in user-space development for connectivity-related products such as Host APD, Supplicant, Portal, RADIUS, AAA, Identity and Role Management, and Radsec.Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi protocols (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and wireless standards.Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, ARP, and VLAN.Familiarity with management interfaces like SNMP and web-based applications.Proficiency in debugging tools such as Wireshark, TCP Dump, and GDB.Hands-on experience in multi-threaded user-space applications and user-space-kernel interaction techniques (e.g., sockets, Netlink).

Qualifications

3-5 years of work experience in relevant field
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
