Job Description

We are looking for self-motivated engineers to design and implement AI applications that help Guidewire deliver the Insurance Platform to customers with quality.

Operate as a start-up within a highly influential InsureTech company
Actively contribute to the architecture and design of the product
Develop and ship scalable and cloud native software systems
Work with cross-functional teams to identify agent use cases and bring them to life in real-world applications
Build and evolve AI agents that use large language models (LLMs) and tools to automate complex tasks
Integrate LLMs into systems that support multi-step reasoning, action planning, and tool usage
Monitor and improve agent performance, reliability, and safety in production

What we like you to have

4+ years of software development experience using Python, Java, or similar languages
2 years hands-on experience with AI application development, especially with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Hugging Face)

Understanding of agentic system design, including planning, tool integration, memory, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
Comfortable working in an iterative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration
B-Tech/ M-Tech degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
