Software Engineer II

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient code, fixing bugs, and enhancing application performance. Following coding standards, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous integration and deployment processes are key expectations. Experience with SQL databases, REST APIs, and version control tools like Git is essential, while familiarity with cloud services like AWS is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions - Write clean, efficient code, fix bugs, and enhance application performance - Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes - Utilize SQL databases, REST APIs, and version control tools like Git - Enhance applications by developing core versions or existing components as per the planned roadmap - Work closely with Product Management and PO to identify feature requirements and technical specifications - Troubleshoot PROD incidents and provide workarounds to the Release team and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in .Net Technologies - Ability to write technical specifications and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements - Proficiency in software design, programming, testing, and debugging using current programming languages and technologies - Experience in documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance - Applying best practices for development code quality/review, SQL review, code review, merge accountability, and security compliance - Designing applications to convert requirements into technical specifications - Interacting with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software,
