Software Engineer II - ReactJS

Overview:

• Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams.

Scope:

• Core responsibilities to include architecting, designing, and implementing (along with counterparts and principal Architects) a cloud native (we use Azure) SaaS product in Transportation management, planning and last-mile logistics.
• The team currently comprises of 90+ global associates across US, India (COE) and UK and is expected to grow rapidly. The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our team

Our current technical environment:

• Software: Java, SpringBoot, Azure, React JS, Node JS, Oracle PL/SQL, GIT, Rest API. Java script.
• Application Architecture: Scalable three tier web application.
• Cloud Architecture: Private cloud, MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)
• Frameworks/Others: Tomcat Apache, RDBMS, Jenkins, Nginx, OracleType ORM, Express.

What you'll do:

• Understands and analyze business requirements and assists in design for accuracy and completeness.
• Develops and maintains relevant product.
• Demonstrates good understanding of the product and owns one or more modules

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech Computer science or related specialization) and minimum 2 years of experience in Software development
• Strong programming experience and background in React JS
• Good to have understanding on Node JS, Azure/AWS/GCP and SQL Programming
• Good to have understanding of API management platforms & providing/consuming REST ful APIs
• Exposure to varies tools such as Jenkins, Stash, Visual Studio, Eclipse.
