Software Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer at HID, you will play a crucial role in the success of the company by: - Designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions - Translating prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components - Developing and fine-tuning foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases - Training and optimizing numeric machine-learning models - Applying prompt engineering and building agent-based architectures for complex task automation - Integrating models into backend systems and supporting real-time/batch inference services - Working with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI - Staying up to date with advances in AI and emerging LLM ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the team Your Experience and Background should include: - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field - 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production - Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration - Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as: - LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen - Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio - LangSmith or equivalent observability/debugging platforms - Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers - Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails - Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance - Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) or orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow) In addition to the above, HID offers you: - Competitive salary and rewards package - Competitive benefits and annual leave offering, allowing for work-life balance - A vibrant, welcoming & inclusive culture - Extensive career development opportunities and resources to maximize your potential - To be a part of a global organization pioneering the hardware, software, and services that allow people to confidently navigate the physical and digital worlds,
