Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the development of a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS). You will work closely with data engineers, clinicians, and AI/ML engineers to extract insights from hospital data and help shape intelligent clinical tools.

AI/ML Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Type: Contract to Hire 12 Months

Experience: 24 years

Responsibilities:

• Build and train machine learning models using hospital data (EMR, HIS, LIS).
• Apply NLP, time-series analysis, and predictive modeling to clinical use cases.
• Collaborate with clinical experts to validate model outputs.
• Deploy models using Azure ML Studio and monitor performance.

Requirements:

• Strong Python skills with scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Experience with healthcare datasets or clinical AI projects.
• Familiarity with Azure ML, Datalake, and data privacy best practices.
• Motivated to learn fast and make a real-world impact in healthcare.

Data Engineer Healthcare Data Pipelines

Location: Bangalore

Type: Contract to Hire 12 Months

Experience: 24 years

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain data pipelines from EMR, HIS, LIS, RIS, MRD apps.
• Clean, transform, and structure data for AI model consumption.
• Work with Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Python to manage the hospitals Datalake.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL, Spark, Python.
• Knowledge of HL7/FHIR formats and healthcare data workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Passionate about enabling better clinical decisions through data.

Data Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Type: Contract to Hire 12 Months

Experience: 24 years

Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data from EMR, HIS, LIS, RIS, MRD, and Doctors App.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to prepare datasets for model training and validation.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to clinical and technical teams.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Document data sources, transformations, and analytical workflows.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
• Experience with healthcare data or clinical analytics is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Explorer, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Understanding of HL7/FHIR formats and clinical terminologies is desirable.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated, fast learner, and passionate about improving healthcare through data.
