Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using GoLang and gRPC.
Build and integrate microservices and APIs with internal and external systems.
Implement secure communication and data serialization using Protocol Buffers (Protobuf).
Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and Cloud teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in release cycles.
(Optional) Contribute to frontend development using React.js or Svelte for micro frontends or internal tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent
3+ years Java experience (server side) on Linux/Unix/WindowsStrong proficiency in GoLang and experience with gRPC.Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development
Experience with Protocol Buffers (Protobuf) for data serialization
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
(Optional) Exposure to frontend technologies like React.js or Svelte

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Telecom or enterprise-scale environments
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
