Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for generative AI platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Design and implement workflow orchestration solutions using Python and Terraform to automate processes within the AI program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver high-quality code in an Agile environment.
• Utilize DevOps best practices for continuous integration, testing, and deployment of code updates, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency using tools like Jira, Clarity, and Rally.
• Leverage Azure platform experience to build and manage cloud-based infrastructure, optimizing for cost, performance, and security with Azure DevOps, Azure App Service, and Azure Functions.
• Stay updated with industry trends in AI, analytics, and backend system engineering to maintain competitiveness and innovation.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on the AI program.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend systems, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and operational guides.
• Contribute to the improvement of regulatory compliance by ensuring backend systems adhere to data protection and privacy regulations.

Skills Required:

• Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, or Node.js for backend development.
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Hugging Face).
• Solid understanding of machine learning pipelines, AI model integration, and data processing workflows.
• Proven experience with Azure cloud services (Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, App Service, etc.).
• Familiarity with Terraform and workflow orchestration tools for automation and infrastructure as code.
• Experience implementing DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong grasp of backend architecture, microservices, and API development (REST, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and compliance within regulated industries.
• Exposure to Core Banking systems and integration with AI-driven solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in Agile environments.
