Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

As a Software Engineer (Full-Stack) at our company, your role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products that meet customer needs. You will be participating in the entire software development lifecycle, which includes architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Your responsibilities will also cover full-stack software engineering, encompassing both user interface and server-side development. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-centric software solutions. - Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering software using modern tools, languages, frameworks, and agile methodologies. - Analyze software requirements and determine appropriate technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies. - Design high-level software architectures, outlining structure, components, and interfaces. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and architects. - Define and implement software testing strategies, policies, and processes in line with organizational goals and industry standards. - Continuously improve software performance and implement new technologies for efficient development. - Apply modern development practices such as test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD). - Support data security best practices including encryption and anonymization. - Develop user-friendly and interactive front-end interfaces. - Build and maintain back-end applications, APIs, and microservices using server-side languages. - Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve solutions, often through industry collaboration.
