Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer specializing in system integrations to lead the end-to-end development and integration between systems such as Workday and Credly. Your role will involve combining full stack application development with API integration to facilitate seamless credentialing workflows and robust platform connectivity. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing full stack solutions to support integration between systems like Workday and Credly, building secure APIs, web services, and user-facing components, developing middleware or microservices for data transformation and integration orchestration, setting up and managing authentication methods like OAuth 2.0 and SAML, analyzing integration requirements, creating technical designs, implementing scalable modules, developing front-end interfaces, admin dashboards, or monitoring tools related to credential and badge management, collaborating with various teams and vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions, maintaining technical documentation, ensuring best practices for security, data privacy, and compliance, troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues, and staying updated on platform enhancements to adjust solutions accordingly. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in full stack development, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or similar, strong front-end development skills using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, and secure API development.
