Software Engineer

You have advanced and expert knowledge in Cassandra DB, along with hands-on experience in Cassandra DB administrative tasks. You ensure that Cassandra DB resources are properly sized and develop a design strategy to maintain the database at a healthy size. Your role involves ensuring availability and performance of multi-database and application environments with very large volumes and sizes. As a Cassandra DB Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine DBA tasks such as database maintenance, backups, recovery, table space management, and upgrades. You will execute periodic health checks for databases, recommending changes for optimal performance in the production environment.
