Software Engineer - Distributed Systems & Database Internals

As a Software Engineer specializing in Distributed Systems & Database Internals, your role will involve core development, optimization, and system-level debugging of distributed systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Core development, optimization, and system-level debugging of distributed systems. - Utilizing your 2+ years of experience to contribute effectively to the team. - Applying your strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database internals, including query execution, indexing, and storage engines. - Engaging in system-level debugging and performance tuning to enhance the efficiency of distributed systems. - Working with Linux systems and SQL/NoSQL databases to ensure seamless operation. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Hold a B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related fields. - Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages. - Possess a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database internals. - Demonstrate experience in system-level debugging and performance tuning. - Familiarity with Linux systems and SQL/NoSQL databases is required. - Bonus points for familiarity with Spark, Hadoop, Presto, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, or Kubernetes.
