Software Engineer (Cramer)

As a Software Engineer at Amdocs, you will be responsible for the design, development, modification, debugging, and maintenance of software systems. Your key job responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, modifying, debugging, and maintaining software code based on functional, non-functional, and technical design specifications. - Adhering to Amdocs software engineering standards, relevant software development methodologies, and release processes to ensure that the code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable. You will also be required to demonstrate the software products to stakeholders. - Investigating issues by reviewing and debugging code, providing fixes and workarounds, and ensuring changes are operable to uphold existing software solutions. - Collaborating within a team, adding value through participation in peer code reviews, offering comments and suggestions, and working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. - Assuming technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and providing technical support during the solution design for new requirements. - Actively seeking innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in all assigned tasks. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in CRAMER, Amdocs Resource Manager (ARM), Amdocs Network Navigator (ANN), Metadata Manager, and Resource Manager. - Strong understanding of OSS Telecom (Inventory Management) domain. - Hands-on experience in JAVA, PL/SQL, SQL, and REST APIs. - Working experience in the Spring and Spring-boot framework. - Good to have experience in Angular, TMF, Kafka.
