Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Telecom/Communications industry , focusing on OSS operations and implementation. Strong domain knowledge in Inventory Systems , OSS architecture, and COTS products like Cramer or Granite . Experience in multi-dimensional process improvement functions. Willingness and ability to travel as per project needs . Desired Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools – Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio. Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
