You’ll be responsible for owning features from concept to deployment—writing scalable, secure, and clean code, integrating models and APIs, and shipping to production environments confidently. You must be comfortable working autonomously, yet collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment that demands high output and low ego.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack web applications using

  Next.js

  ,

  Node.js

  , and

  Python

• Rapidly iterate using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for coding, debugging, and documentation
• Design, query, and optimize

  SQL

  databases for performance and integrity
• Contribute to architecture discussions, system design, and engineering culture
• Own uptime, testing, and performance of the features you ship
• Operate effectively in

  Linux

  -based environments and DevOps-style workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, designers, and business stakeholders
• Write meaningful tests and ensure high code coverage through automation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a top-tier engineering college
• Strong grasp of

  JavaScript (Next.js + Node.js)

• Familiarity with

  Tailwind CSS

  , Git workflows, and writing maintainable code
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the stack
• Prior experience using AI tools for real-world dev workflows

• Knowledge of caching, RESTful APIs, deployment pipelines, or containerization
• Exposure to OpenAI, Claude Code, or other LLM-based tools
