Software Engineer- AEM

As a Software Engineer on the Retail Engineering Content Strategy team at Apple, your role will involve driving and implementing large impact projects. You will contribute to the vision of a brand-new platform, create reusable and modular code, and design scalable and high-performance solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy enterprise-level web applications, including CMS applications, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your ability to think creatively and overcome technical challenges will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, develop, implement, and deploy enterprise-level, high availability web applications, including CMS applications - Collaborate with multi-functional teams to achieve large initiatives - Drive projects from concept to delivery - Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews - Utilize web development skills such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS - Experience with CI tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Hudson - Design and develop large scale enterprise-level content management systems using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - Knowledge of micro-services architectures and container-based deployment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Solid understanding of technology frameworks such as GraphQL, Apache Web, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, and OSGI - Experience with AEM upgrades, customizations, and multi-caching solutions for real-time content delivery - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail - Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrated experience in debugging - Experience in solving challenges related to architecture, design, integration, infrastructure, and performance scaling - Familiarity with Front End frameworks like React, Angular, and jQuery is a plus - Adobe certified AEM architect certification is a plus Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience designing and developing complex, highly available, and scalable enterprise web-based applications using Java/J2EE technologies - 2+ years of expertise in designing and developing large scale enterprise-level content management systems using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - Hands-on knowledge of web development skills such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS - Experience with Spring Framework, SpringBoot, ORM (e.g., Hibernate), and Web Services (e.g., RESTful, SOAP) - Experience with CI tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Hudson - Familiarity with micro-services architectures and container-based deployment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes),
