Job Description

Work closely with strategic marketing, product management and HUE to help develop value proposition and solutions to meet customer s unmet needs. Provide strategic and technical leadership and oversight in the development and implementation of functional engineering best practices and in the planning and execution of product and technology roadmap. Research new technologies to enhance Honeywell s competitive position and profitability and formulate research and development programs to implement them. Drive platforming needs across different product lines and businesses to develop best in class solutions. Have an Automate Everything mindset to support scalable growth Collaborate with other areas (Operations, Performance, Middleware, Release Management) as necessary to obtain efficient solutions in addition to driving more strategic efforts that involve the fleet Estimate tasks and meet milestones and deadlines appropriately while reporting progress to management Provide regular qualitative assessment to executives which include metric gathering and real-time status of the current condition of the fleet as it pertains to our customers Skills 1. SAFe Agile Development- SAFe Scrum Master/PO/PM Certified 2. Aerospace Domain Knowledge- Connected Solutions 3. People Management 4. Managed Public Key Infrastructure 5. Cloud Architectures & Portals Implementation 6. Cyber Security Implementation for Product Development 7. Critical thinking 8. DevOPS CI/CD Knowledge 9. Stakeholder Management 10. PMO Certification (Optional) Qualifications Must hold a B.E/B.Tech degree or above in a relevant subject ( IT/ECE Related) with 12+ Years Experience. Hold Extensive experience within a technical capacity Previous experience managing and leading a team in SAFe Previous experience with web and cloud product development Experience using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
