Must have skills : SAP BTP Application Development Good to have skills : SAP BTP Integration SuiteMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years fulltime education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior professionals- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development- Strong understanding of SAP BTP Integration Suite- Experience in developing and configuring software systems- Knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools in software development- Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to the team Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development- This position is based at our Coimbatore office- A 15 years fulltime education is required Qualification 15 years fulltime education
