Must have skills : DevOps Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary : As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve overseeing software development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and mentor a team of software developers. - Ensure the successful delivery of software projects within the defined timelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Manage and prioritize project tasks and resources effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in DevOps. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Solid grasp of infrastructure-as-code principles and tools like Terraform. - Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and ELK stack. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.nan
