About The Role

Project Role :Software Development Lead

Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and align with the overall project goals, while also mentoring team members and facilitating communication across departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align team objectives.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in software development.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.

Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Strong understanding of system integration and configuration management.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.

Familiarity with programming languages relevant to software development.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
