Must have skills : IBM z/OS Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance system performance and meet client requirements, ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals and client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM z/OS.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.- Experience with system integration and configuration management.- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in IBM z/OS.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
