Project Role : Software Development Lead Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. Must have skills : IBM z/OS Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects in Jaipur. You will lead a team in the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the team in software development projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM z/OS. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience in configuring and developing software systems. Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development. Hands-on experience in applying methodologies and processes in software development. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in IBM z/OS. This position is based at our Jaipur office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
