Must have skills : Agile Project Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in Agile Project Management to support clients, projects, and entities. Your typical day will involve utilizing your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead and oversee the software development process from conception to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives. Manage and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Agile Project Management. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices. Experience in leading and managing software development projects. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
