Come join our mission. **Role Overview:** - Drive high quality for all components by optimizing the framework in Python/Golang to handle larger scales under heavy load and stressful conditions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Highly-skilled in automation and test framework building and implementation - Proficiency in coding - Python, C/C++, Java, or Golang - In-depth knowledge of tools automation and optimization - Test one or more of the following: server performance, API interfaces, databases, file systems, operating systems, network performance, and storage - Experience with large-scale enterprise distributed systems or relational/NoSQL databases - Set up and configure test environments along with infrastructure as a service - Capture network traces and conduct basic analysis - Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity - Analyze problems with competence and self-motivation - Work in a fast-paced environment and be an outstanding team player - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing Kubernetes clusters is advantageous - Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD) **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of experience as SDET - Demonstrated testing knowledge - Experience in automation and optimization - Experience in setting up test environments - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment *Additional Details:* Couchbase offers a total rewards approach to benefits that recognizes the value you create here, providing various benefits such as generous time off, wellness benefits, financial planning options, career growth opportunities, fun perks, and more.
