Software Development Engineer - Intern & Trainee

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team through our Internship-to-Job Program. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about full-stack development and want to grow in a performance-driven environment. Successful candidates will start with a 2-month unpaid internship, followed by a 6-month paid SDE Trainee role, and finally transition into a full-time Software Development Engineer (SDE) position with a competitive package.

Internship-to-Job Pathway

1. Internship (2 Months)

• Duration: 2 Months
  
• Type: Unpaid
  
• Objective: Skill assessment, project execution, and performance evaluation.
  

2. SDE Trainee (6 Months)

• Stipend: 10,000/month
  
• Duration: 6 Months
  
• Continued hands-on experience on real-world projects with mentorship and code reviews.
  

3. Full-Time SDE Role

• CTC: 2 LPA to 4 LPA (Based on performance)
  
• Performance Review: After 6 months of SDE Trainee period.
  
• Position: Full-Time Software Development Engineer (SDE)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  
• Implement effective state management using Redux and optimize application performance.
  
• Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
  
• Work with MongoDB and MySQL for efficient data operations, indexing, and connection management.
  
• Ensure high-quality code with proper error handling, debugging, and unit testing.
  
• Integrate real-time functionalities using Socket.io.
  
• Collaborate in a cross-functional Agile team environment (participate in sprints, code reviews, and daily stand-ups).
  
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in MERN stack development.
  
• Contribute to performance tuning and optimization for high scalability and reliability.
  

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in an IT-related field (e.g., BSc, BE, or BTech).
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in the MERN Stack: React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
  
• Familiarity with MySQL.
  
• Experience with Redux, Socket.io, and RESTful API development.
  
• Strong understanding of database operations and data modeling.
  
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
  
• Knowledge or experience in Android/iOS game development will be a major plus.
  

Project Experience

• Minimum of 2 - 3 full-stack projects built using React and related technologies.
  
• Demonstrated understanding of full-stack development lifecycle.
  

GitHub Portfolio (Mandatory)

• A GitHub profile with links to your previous projects is required.
  
• Evaluation will be based on code quality, originality, structure, and documentation.
