Software Development Engineer III (Full Stack)

Role Overview: HighLevel is seeking an experienced software engineer with strong technical and communication skills to join their team. As a software engineer at HighLevel, you will be responsible for developing full-stack web applications, creating solid APIs, and building user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate with a team of designers, product managers, developers, and testers to build highly scalable and resilient systems that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Improve and create new lead capture domain models - Build backend and frontend API features and architecture - Drive performance through benchmarking and optimization - Work on a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to solve problems from end to end - Collaborate closely with the leadership team to build new features and products - Uphold high engineering standards and bring consistency to codebases and systems - Work on 1 to 2 products - Create and enhance lead capture tools like funnels, websites, forms, surveys, and social media - Architect and develop backend and frontend APIs and features Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in a full-stack environment - Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Javascript, TypeScript, Vue.js, NodeJS, and GraphQL - Ability to work with a team and collaborate remotely - Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on different roles in a startup environment - Generalist skills encompassing frontend, backend, and problem-solving - Ability to integrate various services and processes, even if unfamiliar - Empathy for team and users, focusing on crafting great experiences - Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration - Driven by product quality and skilled in balancing trade-offs for feature launches - Keen eye for design and user experience, with experience in HTML5 and CSS3 Additional Company Details (if present): HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform, with a team of 1000+ employees across 15 countries.
