Job Description

Position Summary

Staff Engineer DevOps

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using
Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, or Tekton
Manage and scale
Kubernetes clusters
(EKS, AKS, GKE); deploy and monitor containerized applications
Automate infrastructure with
Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
Implement observability using tools like
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, or Datadog
Apply
DevSecOps
best practices: IAM policies, secrets management, and security scanning
Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance and cost efficiency
Build and maintain GitOps workflows and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) pipelines
Drive
zero-downtime deployments
using blue-green, canary, or feature flag strategies
Collaborate with development teams to streamline build and release workflows

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
35 years in
DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure automation
roles
Strong experience with
Kubernetes
, container orchestration, and CI/CD tools
Proficient in
Terraform, Ansible
, and scripting (Python, Bash, or Go)
Solid understanding of
AWS, Azure, or GCP
services
Experience with
monitoring and logging
systems (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
FinOps
(cloud cost optimization) and Kubernetes auto-scaling
Exposure to
serverless
and
event-driven
architectures
Contributions to open-source DevOps tools or platforms
