Software Development Engineer

You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the right attitude to thrive in fast-paced environments. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience is required, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in software development using modern frontend frameworks in JavaScript/TypeScript. A strong understanding of data structures and algorithms is essential. It would be preferred if you have a strong background in Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns. Experience working closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful products that enhance the customer experience is highly valued. You should follow SOLID principles and have expertise in microservice architecture, designing and implementing high-performance scalable services/APIs. Proficiency with component-based architectures, PWA, Service Workers, UI patterns, and librariesespecially ReactJS/NextJSis beneficial. You should be adept at writing client-side high-performance applications and developing prototypes. Experience with Node, NestJS/Express, as well as databases like PostgreSQL, Redshift, Dynamo, Mongo, and Cassandra, is required. Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka is also expected. Continuous learning and adherence to best practices for app performance, security, and scalability are crucial. Experience in distributed systems and designing systems for failover, event streaming, and caching strategies is necessary. Proficiency with Docker/Kubernetes in AWS or other cloud computing platforms, along with familiarity with CI/CD processes, is desired.
