Job Description

Roles Responsibility

Solve sophisticated issues within live production environments, providing software configuration and tuning recommendations for efficient performance.
Drive initiatives for resolution automatization to mitigate recurrent issues successfully.
Write software layers, scripts, deployment frameworks, tracers, monitors, self-healing/auto-remediation tools, and automate processes.
Ensure business continuity by finding chances to create highly resilient and human-free systems.
Engage in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of issues, even after self-healing and automation have been implemented.
Participate in a shared on-call schedule
Improve software observability by implementing effective monitoring, tracing, and logging.
Maintain excellent social skills in interactions with internal and external developers, engineering and support groups

What you need to succeed

Hand-on experience with Public Cloud administration such as AWS Azure
6+ years of proficiency in high level programming languages - Python, Bash scripting.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD frameworks like Jenkins, Rundeck, and Argo. Practical experience with IaaC tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Terraform is required.
Familiarity with AI and Machine learning is highly valued.
Demonstrated ability working on PaaS/SaaS handling high-transactional critical Production environments.
Desired experience with Linux administration, MySQL, Docker.
Desired experience with high-scalable container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
Proven hands-on experience troubleshooting Web application performance issues and Network bottlenecks.
Extensive experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Intellectual curiosity to pursue the unknown and continuously learn.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to interact with internal teams and customers.
Ability to be part of a 24/7 support roster to support the critical Application environments.
