Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
  
• Participate in real-time project implementations aligned with current industry practices.
  
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and system architecture discussions.
  
• Mentor interns or trainees during corporate training sessions when needed.
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  
• Strong back-end development skills (Node.js, Python, or Java).
  
• Solid experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and cloud deployment.
  
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  
• 12 years of experience in full stack development (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
  
• Strong logical thinking, debugging, and communication skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in real-time systems or microservices.
  
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
