Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges Implement best practices for software development Mentor junior team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural context Ability to translate technical documents accurately Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English Experience in localization and internationalization processes Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Japanese Language This position is based at our Coimbatore office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
