About The Role

Project Role Software Development Engineer

Project Role Description Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

SummaryAs a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.

Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Ability to implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
