Software Development Associate

As a Software Development Associate at the India Technology Hub (ITH/EAD) based in New Delhi, you will be working with a team of highly motivated software development professionals on various applications - development, enhancements, management, and deployment tasks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and building enterprise-level learning management systems based on Moodle/PHP - Performing design, configuration, customization, and implementation of responsive and effective LMS systems - Implementing multi-tenancy scalable Moodle architecture - Integrating with plugins when required, writing scripts to automate Moodle routines and processes - Planning and implementing API integrations with third parties when required - Analyzing business processes and user requirements to establish Moodle - Supporting Moodle/PHP implementations and resolving any technical issues - Ensuring data security and integrity - Performing workflow analysis and recommending quality improvements Qualifications required for this role are: - Completion of High school/secondary school is a requirement - A first-level university degree in computer applications will be a strong recommendation - A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience with a bachelor's degree or six years of experience with a High school diploma or equivalent, including at least three years in the development of PHP based online platforms is required - Previous experience in software development using LAMP stack, Linux, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, Apache, and Moodle LMS is desirable - Previous experience in XML data structures, Web Services (SOA), MySQL, and other RDBMS would be an added advantage You must be fluent in English and Hindi to qualify for this position.
